DNZ owns, manages and develops commercial property assets in the office, industrial and retail sectors located in the main urban areas throughout New Zealand.
Since establishment in 1996, DNZ has grown to become the owner of a significant New Zealand diversified property portfolio with $671 million of commercial property assets valued as at 31 March 2010. The Company also holds management rights to Diversified NZ Property Fund Limited, a $100 million commercial property portfolio as at 31 March 2010 valuations.
As at 31 May 2010, DNZ’s owned portfolio comprised 55 properties accommodating 265 tenants across a Net Lettable Area of 379,779m2. The Company has prospective net rental income of $52.8 million in FY2011. The portfolio has an average asset value of $12 million.
The Company has four management operational teams: asset, property and facilities management; corporate services and marketing; acquisition, divestment, development and due diligence; and accounting and finance. Together these teams provide a full service property company.
DNZ is a Listed Portfolio Incvestment Entity (PIE) listed on the NZSX under the stock code 'DNZ'.
DNZ has offices in Auckland, Wellington and Queenstown.
