DNZ's portfolio is spread over the office, retail and industrial property sectors with its properties being geographically located in Whangarei, Auckland, Tauranga, Hamilton, Rotorua, Palmerston North, Napier, Wellington, Nelson, Christchurch and Dunedin.

DNZ's property and  asset management team's primary goal is to maximise returns to investors through active management that is focused on property investment performance enhancement. A close working relationship with tenants is essential to ensure that customer needs are understood and met, now and into the future. This strategy ensures that the high occupancy levels of the individual Portfolios are maintained.

As at 31 May 2010, DNZ’s owned portfolio comprised 55 properties accommodating 265 tenants across a Net Lettable Area of 379,779m2. The Company has prospective net rental income of $52.8 million in FY2011. The portfolio has an average asset value of $12 million.
